When you learn how to prepare food and do basic pairing you get a lot more use out of condiments. Ketchup is one of those especially hard to use ones. Those paleo fucks are extremely stupid but they have goat ketchup, mustard, and worcestershire recipes. Sriracha is good if you want an extra little garlicky kick to your food. I use it with a lot of my noodle bowls. I've not tried it but I don't think ketchup would go with ramen, and I don't think it's ever a good idea to eat anal seepage, and this is coming from someone with a butthole fetish.

Yeah I respect that a lot. Once you fucked up the part of the brain that deals with addiction you will never be able to have a healthy relationship with various addictive substances ever again. I started smoking with 16 and quit with 20. started again with 23, quit with 26/27 again in favor of an ecig. i can already feel the urge to drink daily when I party too hard for a while and just need to stop then. Not worth it. It's usually gone after a day without and then i can go months without even thinking of alc or beer but well. Same goes for caffeine and weed for me. At times I drank 10 cups a day. Had to reduce for my own good. And then there was the time where I would smoke 2-3 grams a day. Stopped that as well.
(Protip: not saying all of the above are highly addictive dangerous substances but that you better don't fuck up your brain chemistry in the first place because an addict gets addicted to stuff more easily, even if it's psychological)
