Yep. And only recently did I fully accept it. I'm getting an anime body pillow soon (it's already in the mail) and I'm feeling gitty excitement for the first time since literally middleschool. I know it's pathetic but I don't care. This is something I want and it will make me happy. I'm so tired of caring about the opinions of people who don't like me anyway. Body pillows don't hurt anybody.

How did I get used to it?

It's just like everything in life, the initial feeling wears off eventually. I just look back on my life and it was obvious I would end up alone. I had chances to turn it around but I wasn't good enough.

I enjoy being alone in general though. Watching movies, drinking beer, 4chan and YouTube. Sounds pathetic but in actually okay with that. Obviously you do think about how nice it would be to have a gf from time to time but, it simply ain't happening.
