As it is your entire head looks really fucking weird because of balding pattern + hair length. You can't keep like 3 or 4cm of hair like that with a hairline that JUST'd. If you're that concerned about the scar find another solution. I'm sure you're exaggerating about it being weird. And the problem with shaving isn't scars, its weird skull shape.
