You posted this earlier and got replies, you're not gonna get closer to knowing how it affects you by asking again.

As opposed to what? Not doing anything ever because you're too depressed to move? Is that better?

>>29337174
No I didn't.

Can't be worse than it already is desu.
Do ya'll know if it helps relieve psychotic symptoms?
>>
Don't bother. It doesn't cure depression or anxiety. It just makes you feel weird, and impotent.

Isn't that something you need to ask your doctor instead? It may relieve them, it may make them worse. Overall I think it will help you think a bit less, and be able to "live" a bit more but you will remember less. You won't know how it affects you until you take it

i went on this and it did nothing for me, literally the same but with some side effects (like more appetite)

then again no medication i've been on has done anything for me

SSRIs react differently from person to person. You might have to go through a couple different ones before you find one that suits you. But in my experience they all make me apathetic and impotent.

>>29337230
It can, at least a bit, but you're better off taking something specifically for that of course.

I started taking it 3 years ago and it has helped a lot with my BPD/dissociation/anxiety.

Some advice:
>first few weeks are really hard. Blurry vision, high anxiety, panic attacks, dizziness, nausea
>sexual side-effects are pretty shitty and longer-lasting
>takes about 3-6 months to level out in your system, so you will know if it's working for you around this time
>don't be afraid to try a different medication if this one doesn't work
>medication alone will only get you back on your feet. You should consider therapy along with it, if you haven't already.

Good luck, OP!
