Who else here quiting tomorrow?
I quit a week ago f a m
You can do it
me, been smoking for a year and having asthma. there were times i smoked 25 cigarettes in 12 hours, I don't know how i'm still alive
been trying to quit for over a year, said it for the 100th time 2 days ago, haven't had one since.
i really want to smoke but my lungs have been in a great deal of pain.

>tomorrow
This is what you said yesterday you pathetic smoker. =')
>>29336671
>be me july of last year 23 yo
>get prescribed anabolic steroids because i have the T levels of an 80 year old man
>decide to quit after smoking for 6 years
>successfully quit for 6 months
>final exams for graduating college last december
>pick it up again
>it has been on and off ever since
>tomorrow I am flying to Arizona
>vacation
>perfect time to quit
>this time for good
i have quit for a week or so here and there since December i always think, ah, i can have one, i have control now. nope. hope this time is it for good. i don't liek being nicotine's bitch
>>29336671
Why should I quit? I only just started!
I quit for 6 months and started smoking again
There is no escape, you are trapped here forever
>>29336750
>25 cigarettes in 12 hours
woah you're so hardcore dude :^)
pretty much every pack a day smoker smokes more than that on a night our drinking/taking drugs you fat retarded loser cunt
>never started smoking
>came in here to feel morally superior
Roughly 10 days smoke-free today! :3
>>29336671
i quit quitting, now i just use nicotine bumps as motivation and to form positive habits
whenever i need a smoke
>read 30 pages
>drink a glass of water
>do some kind of bodyweight extersize or stretch
while smoking
>draw a couple of pictures
>spot constellations
>chop fire wood
>kegals
>practice holding my breath
after smoking
>green tea/ lemon juice/ vinegar (or some health drink)
>brush/whiten teeth
>make a yummy snack for later so i dont snack on junkfood
How do you guys deal with the taste it leaves in your mouth? And the smell it leaves on your clothes?
I enjoy smoking, but after I'm done with it the smell and taste it leaves me with makes me not want to have another. Until of course I clean up. This has stopped me from ever truly becoming addicted.
Trying to quit because of the fear of having a brain aneurysm (even had an MRI done which picked up nothing but it was done without contrast so there may be one still lurking)

Sorry I'm /not that deluded/
I can go a few days without a smoke if I'm broke or whatever, but it's pretty shitty.
>>29336750
Kind of what this >>29338591 guy said desu senpai.
Being a pack a day smoker isn't that hardcore; you're just young, dumb and haven't delved into the true depths of addiction yet..
i wish i could pass my pack of cigarettes through the screen to you desperate poorfags, i smoked a couple and i don't want the rest
>>29339509
I'm >>29339466 and if I wasn't /CuckedByThePokies/ (and casino) I'd be able to afford enough cigarettes to smoke every day.
Shits pretty expensive here though, $20 for a shit-tier pack of 25er's...
>>29338702
>kegals
Never knew I was in a ylyl thread
I haven't really quit, but i've taken several breaks as long as a week, one was even three weeks
I don't really feel the need people usually talk about, it's more that i'm used to smoking when walking around the city or to the store or something
>>29338591
>>29339486
Are you honestly fucking bragging about smoking more than 25 cigs in one night?
that guy wasn't even edgy, just dump
>>29340794
I was pointing out that smoking 25 ciggies isn't noteworthy or even worth mentioning, because most smokers do that. Dumb cunt
>>29336671
>quiting
why would you ever
>>29338746
i like the taste and i always have
you stop noticing the smell after you smoke for a while. sometimes if i haven't showered in a few days it hits me though and it makes me want to vomit.
>>29339539
Mate. If you're an Aus like I am, get around it by hitting up the only duty frees. Get cartons for like 40 bucks. Or 5 50g pouches for like 50 bucks. Ken oath its the way to go.
>>29341619
*Online, dutyfreedepot is the one I use as a btw
>>29341619
I buy 50g pouches, and rolling a perfect ciggy has become a habit now no matter if it's windy raining or whatnot. The only duty free ciggies I know of are chinks that sell import packets for $10 but they taste like shit
>>29341619
I'm southaus bruh.
I only ever got duty free when I left the country about 7 years ago.
Can you elaborate more on the eligibility..
>>29341635
>>29341643
Oh right. I, of course, didn't see the crucial keyword. Thanks for the heads up man.
>>29341636
Online, made a boo boo. Although if inclined to overseas travel, smuggle as many as you can back in, I managed 3 cartons and 8 pouches, because its cheaper then online (obviously)
>>29341685
Is my order be likely to be seized by customs though? I have no problem paying $40-$50 USD for a carton of cigarettes.
>>29341717
They send it as multiple shipments, and from what I've read people have only been seized if they shipped a noticeable amount in. Although that was to UK. I haven't been seized before. I buy an order of one carton of Camel Unfiltered and a Carton of 50g Drum every coupla months and it hasn't been seized yet. I reckon she'll be right.
>>29341771
The reviews seem pretty stellar from what I've gathered, with only the occasional disgruntled customer. Seems pretty legit. I'll have to remember this one for sure. High time I got my debit card in order once again, I'd say.
>>29336671
4 years smoke free. Not so much for health reasons, just didn't want to throw so much money away for this crap.
>>29341813
All the best. Enjoy cheaper cancer and pretty packets.
