I have it too. Always knew there was something physically off about me. I hate having the man boobs. Even when I was skinny, I still have it. Worst part is I live in the U.S, and people here are ignorant and savage. Normie culture will isolate the mentally ill or the physically ill.

I always knew something was off too. As a teen I always felt like puberty never hit me. I'm hairless, baby face, small balls and dick, huge man boobs.

I used to think it was just because I was fat most of my life but after a lot of research I'm pretty sure I have it.

I know that feel. At once point I lost weight to the point of having a very flat stomach but still had significant man boobs.

I don't think I have Klinefelter syndrome, though. I do have fairly weak muscles and small genitals, but my height is barely above average, my coordination is fine, I have plenty of body hair, and a normal to high sex drive.
