Best Horror Film?

I really liked The Sixth Sense, it's not my favorite but I saw it recently so it was the first one to come to mind.
Another one I really liked was "The Thing", pretty awesome, "Shutter" (the original version) was great too

Best is probably Halloween, Jaws or Alien or something like that, from a film making perspective. But you probably mean best from a S C A R Y perspective, so I'd say The Ring I think is the only movie that's really unsettled me but I don't watch a lot of horror.
if youre looking for a horror movie you probably havent seen thats pretty good i recommend "in fear" or "kill list"
i watch a lot of horror so if you want another suggestion let me know. its hard to find good ones in the genre
suspiria is really good if you're looking for an old movie but will still definitely spook you
