You just do it. I don't come to 4chan anymore. I've been busy with all kinds of constructive stuff lately. What? It's not like I have a choice really. This place is fucked right now, so I'm only here once a week or so now when it was daily, all day for me. Just come here less and less often. Taper off it, like a drug.
