I go to the gym.
I take out my anger, frustration, and loneliness at the gym. I absolutely love lifting. If I go a day without the gym, I start feeling tense and frustrated. The gym helps me cope with all my problems without drinking and doing drugs. And I've done both before to cope, but nothing feels as good as finishing a hard workout and being all sweaty. Also playing games on PS4 helps me unwind. So basically vidya and exercise.
