Let's be clear about something: mental illnesses such as pathological disorders (schizophrenia) and personality disorders (borderline and antisocial) are all DEVELOPED. You weren't born that way. It emerges later, at least at 4 years of age, due to developmental issues and trauma. People with "ADD" just have a shitty personality that they were born with. Even autism has to take time to develop.

I'll admit that ODD probably isn't real and that I'm probably just a stubborn and aggressive cunt, and I have suspicions that I personally don't have either ADHD and ODD but possibly borderline or bipolar or some shit like that and they just slapped me the standard ADHD label.
But I do think that, ADHD could be real, but grossly misdiagnosed amongst children and adults.
