Fuck. After I got truly redpilled I've been anxious about everything just about all the time. Even when I try and finish dealing with whatever bothered me, it STILL keeps pestering me for some reason. Absolutely zero long-term hope left.

when they come up (hate, anxiety, sorrow)
works for me.
(tell yourself you do not feel anything,
im not feeling anything)
pays off to have your emotions under control and only feel when you want to.
