What is you guys' favorite anime. I'm new to anime and I want to fuck my life up and I figured this is the best way. So far I've watched Serial Experiments Lain and Cowboy Bebop. Any suggestions?

if you liked lain i suggest you watch haibane renmei and paranoia agant next.
haiban erenmei is by teh creator of lain, but with a very different tone to it.
paranoia agent is a great thriller, in this it is comparable to lain.
if you liked cowboy bebop i suggest you watch samurai champloo and mitchiko to hatchin next, both shows are similar to cowbyo bebop in look and feel.
