Actually I do have a pretty nice water filter that I used all the time at my old apartment. But then I moved, and when the guy came to install it, he told me there was some problem with the pipe that I needed to get fixed before he could install the filter. So I was gonna get my girlfriend to call the owner of the building (I can't speak Korean well enough to communicate with the owner), but I haven't got around to it because I've been pretty busy and I'm such a disgusting, messy fuck that I don't want him to see what it looks like in here. Get a bunch of boxes. Protip: go to a WalMart or similar store at like 3-4 in the morning, and go around to the back. There should be a giant trash compacter looking piece of equipment for packing cardboard. Near it should be 2-3 carts or something full of boxes that bring the bags of chips. These are the perfect packing boxes. Studyish (can be reinforced with tape), uniform in size, and when they close they leave a tiny slot open so you can see what's in them.
Go through your fucking animu books and box 'em all up. All of 'em. You've already read them and you don't need to read them again. If you ever get a bug up your ass to reread Faeries' Landing or whatever you can label the boxes which series are in them and go back and read them.
All those displayed figurines and shit? Throw them away. That's faggot shit. Or just consolidate them and only display a couple at a time.
From now on, when you eat or drink something and generate a piece of trash (bottle, plastic fork, napkin/paper towel, take out box, etm.) you put it in the fucking trash, not on the floor. No exceptions.
Try on every piece of clothing you own. If it doesn't fit, throw it away or bin it for when you man up and lose the titties if you think you ever might. Or just donate that shit to Goodwill. There was a point where I was like everyone else ITT though, and my mentality at the time was "the floor is the biggest shelf there is" and "I don't care". I think it's definitely related to depression, some forms of OCD as well.
Then something just went off in my neural pathways or brain chemistry or something and I just started throwing out trash bag after trash bag from my own room and then the washroom and other rooms in our house. I think I have the good kind of OCD now.

I recently took down the chandelier to install a ceiling fan for the summer. Haven't gotten around to throwing it away. A majority of it is paper from university. I'm doing Business Administration and I have to keep track of a lot of different people and assignment since a majority of my work is in groups. The trash acts as a filling system. For example, I know all of my MIS papers are by the Arizona bottle and my transcripts are by Kamen Rider Black DX. Now that the quarter is over, I'll throw it all away only for it to be full again next quarter.

This one time I was high in my room at night and had just snuck up the stairs with a glass of milk
The lights were turned off, and I thought I was placing the glass of milk on top of a pile of books on my desk, I was off by about 3 inches though.
It fell on the floor, luckily the glass itself didn't break but now there was fucking milk everywhere.
I had just ran out of tissues so used whatever little I had scattered on the floor near my garbage but now the milk was spreading further out.
I panicked and grabbed dirty socks. Thick winter socks. They soaked up the milk like a sponge. I then put them in the trash can.
