I met up with someone else who had no one to go see Batman vs Superman.
There was a really really loud group of black guys in the theater, I asked them to be quiet a few times, eventually one of them tossed some garbage or something at me.
I went and got an usher who came back and had the entire group removed.
After the movie, we were walking to the bus stop then noticed all of them were waiting in a group.
Guy was as tall as me, very strong, basically tried to do the " I am going to walk up really close, oh hey whats that on the ground? " thing before they sucker punch you.
I avoided that, then had the first fight I can remember ever having. I sort of really hurt the guy because all of the other ones kept coming in to take a hit on me so I felt really like I was going to be murdered or something.
I ended up causing brain damage to the one, and it turns out he was 15. I took a plea deal for 3rd degree assault with no jail time and one year probation.
It seems alright, but then the DOC guy was basically like, " You are a threat and you act like you did nothing wrong, you cant be trusted around minors " and added the stipulation of no contact with minors.
I looked it up, and I could go to jail for almost anything around anyone under 18.
Probation has been pretty easy so far, but 6 months in, they want me to get a job, no idea how I do that when I cant be anyone near a minor

if I fail probation, I basically get to serve the sentence in prison, which would be up to 5 years basically.

OP look into being a security guard, they typically really need people for grave shifts and they might put you at an office building or a factory somewhere for 8+ hours a night and all you gotta do is walk around every hour and write a report for your shift.

As far as getting a job for the probation officer, yours sounds like a dick so he's probably gonna call your boss once you do get hired. Most probation offices have a specialist who gets felons jobs, so I'd try and get in contact with that if it's an option, that way your boss will already know what's up.

the biggest thing about security work is never sleep, always piss clean, and pretending to look like you're working around people. if you've got a swing or grave shift with no one around, you're alone most of the time and can spend practically your entire shift browsing on ur phone as long as you're smart about it.
