No. I got diagnosed entirely on my own volition.

Why though my anon?

You're lucky. I am only 18 just now though, so I'm not too old.

When I was 12-13 I was forced into therapy, because long story short I was depressed. I convinced my parents to let me stop going after about a year, but now that I'm moving out on my own they wanted to do one last check in. I didn't fight it because it'd just be a pain.

this is how it goes when I see mine, it's really awkward since I don't really talk to anyone.
I have to see her today in 4hrs and I haven't slept in 18hrs so it's going to be a pain.

Same, plus it doesn't help that the whole time I try so hard to not be "abnormal", so everything comes out kind of overthought and unnatural

And then if you don't overthink it you end up sounding retarded.

What do these people expect to happen when they put us under a microscope
>>29317587
>put us under a microscope
to be fair my therapist never did this, he just wanted me to practice conversing. I was encouraged to open my mouth without thinking about it.
