Been lifting for 5 years now and hit a 4 plate deadlift years ago and I stay lean year round.


Still zero improvements in gf department....and I'm only getting older.

Well it's all based on attraction at first so unless you know the girl beforehand making yourself more attractive is the best thing to do.
