>>
>>29315324

>>

>>
>>29315340

>>

>>
>>29315379
I've been playing coutner strike since I was 8 and I still suck, I've been driving since I was 17 and I still suck, I've been playing smash 64 since I was 6 and I still suck, I've been running since I was 13 and I still suck.

This is not true
>>

Being good at something is mostly talent. I stopped giving a fuck years ago when I realized the game is rigged.

>Mfw normies think their "accomplishments" matter
>>
>>29315324
I laughed at that pic way more than I should have in an original way
>>
>>29315405
You probably did them too casually. I play osu!mania consistently and i reached the top 50 in my country in a few months
If you want to improve, you will improve.
>>
the only thing you dont need to be naturally talented at is lifting, you just need to be willing to work hard

>and your self esteem is raised through getting better at lifting
>>
>>29315550

Actually talent matters in lifting too. You can't escape the necessity of inborn ability
>>
>>29315570
well its something you dont need to be naturally good at in order to be as good as the average population i guess
>>
>>29315501
Thats true for everything on that list, except for smash 64 I play that game everyday and have for over a year now and I still cant beat random people online and am lucky to beat 2 or 3 people at locals.
>>
>>29315324
You suck at everything you do.

You might not suck at everything you haven't tried.

>have previous FPS experience
>maybe I can be good in Overwatch and not bottom tier like in every game
>not world champion just not shit tier
>play 6+ hours every day since the beta
>get stomped by people who played <10hours

>have friend who can barely play a few hours a week
>friends plays 6 hours of OW in total
>goes on a few weeks of vacation
>first day after he came back, first match
>carries the team, potg, kills everything
>still dominates most matches but at least in the top 3

I swear if anyone tells me practice helps, and I don't try hard enough I will kill myself

>not good or interested in anything that could help me in my future
>just wish something happened to me like in my animes, video game, and comics where I'm the last hope or some shit
>still a part of me that wishes to be whisked away and go on an adventure with a rag team of adventurers or some shit and be the last hope for humanity
>or at least find a backbone and a wife to make me happy for the rest of my life
I hate myself
>>
>video games are the only thing that I like
>I'm shit at them

Sure do love my 300ms reaction time.
>>
>>29315699

Practice literally, absolutely, scientifically means little to moderately nothing

It's all talent. It's always been talent. The world is stratified by genetic potential. That's life, get used to it
>>
>>29315614
>play Dead or Alive since 2
>thousands of hours in every iteration
>get beaten by normie people who barely play a few hours a week, have a family and a career

I'm glad I got into guns. It's the only thing in my life I actually have an interest in and don't lose my attention trying to learn.

As long as your K/D is over or at 1 you're not shit tier dude
>>
What causes us to suck at everything lads? Is it depression affecting our thinking and motor skills?

Or would we just naturally suck at everything regardless?
>>
>>29315986
>Are we depressed because we suck, or do we suck because we're depressed?
That's the question my dude.
>>
Honestly, I used to think that I was bad at everything too, but I changed that way of thinking. I don't think it's possible to be bad at everything, but I also think it's possible that a person isn't actually good at anything.

You might be average or above average at some things, you just might not realize it.
>>
>>29315986

It can be depression but like eggman says - "Genetically inferior male". Some of us are born useless.

I know anon, it hurts me too.

Be courageous, not bold, the bold achieves and falls into depressive states when met with failure, the courageous endure, take the Spartans and the Athens, the Spartans were courageous, fought on land, endured and held the line, while the Athens controlled the sea, where bold, fast, and strategic moves made for victory, and in the case it failed or the conditions were unfavorable you could sail away. Point being, hold the line, be courageous. Also, be aware of the difference between skill, and talent, talent is found in a select few, but skill is found in those who work and practice day in and day out. Persevere brother
