I know that feel. 6 years ago were the last situations for that, before I dropped out of college.
People dont stop to talk atleast not over here. They walk past everyone in a hurry, do their business outside and then go back to their homes. There are literally zero spots here outside pubs and bars where people would hang out casually. I guess its a very "just business, no bullshit" type of a city.
I did once muster enough courage to go to a pub around 7pm. One slightly older than me woman was there, drank a few beers and gathered enough courage to go say hi. All she responded was "Let me drink in peace".
Im done famalam. Im done. I accept the life of living alone, which isnt that bad to be honest. You save your money, mental health and you wont get into the usual trouble that women bring with them.
