I have a couple fedoras.
Pic related is my wristwatch.
Swap out the cowboy boots for lower cut chuckas/desert boots, high cut doc martins or lower cut black/brown boots
Swap out the track pants for slim or skinny cut jeans.
Roll up said pants until they're just above the top of the boot
Stop wearing vests
Get yourself a decent bomber or leather jacket, alternatively a decent open wool jumper
Combine with a white t-shirt, preferably with a pocket. Cheap ones will do, but ~$20 will have better fit, marginal gains past ~$10.
If you want a better shirt long-sleeved button-ups work well, roll up the sleeves if it's hot. Something without too much in the way or ornamentation or complex patterns, but certainly not something that's completely white like a dress shirt to wear with a suit.
Try go for darker coloured pants, dark blue and black work well to contrast lighter coloured tees, which work best on lighter skin.
Wear socks that either don't show or show less than 5mm above the top of the boot.
I don't generally wear hats because they're inconvenient, but it suits some people.
