I have a boyfriend and have lost most of my libido in the past months, I feel very empty inside. It's extra concerning because I'm a 20-year-old man who should be in the height of his sexual maturity and enthusiasm.
I don't know if it's depression, some kind of hormonal imbalance (started lifting and losing weight). When you have it and then you lose it, it fucking sucks and you feel like a piece of shit for it. Last time we tried to have sex, I lost an erection and my mind wandered far away, could not be aroused at all. The act of sex seemed absurd to me. All of a sudden, this man who I've dated for 2 years and am close to felt like a stranger, and I had to leave and be alone out of embarrassment.
