Yes there is, you can look at your spatial reasoning abilities, vocabulary, memory tasks like remembering random numbers forwards and backwards, testing how many state capitals you remember. You should look up what a real IQ test will entail, which varies but most of them use a combination of these types of tests.
I have met people who have deluded themselves into thinking that their IQ is 160 based on online test results. I can only guess what their real IQ is if they haven't been able to find out how invalid it is. I think most people mistake online tests for real ones, so you probably have to be average to do that. This test is not a good measure of actual IQ. From what I have heard, real IQ tests are much longer and cover a much wider range of exercises. Scoring highly on this test means that you are good at pattern recognition, which is part of intelligence, but not all of it. It also just so happens that pattern recognition is an area in which people with autism tend to excel.
