Every once in a while I get this feeling where I feel completely normal but my body shakes and I have this weird urge to completely destroy everything in front of me. I can usually tell when it starts because my hands start shaking and I gnash my teeth together unconsciously, even though I don't really feel any different emotionally. It won't go away until I break shit, kill small game, or masturbate.
Does anyone else get this? What can I do to stop this from happening?

I don't dream often, but it's usually that, the falling dream, or something nonsensical.
Occasionally I dream about shitposting on r9k, except everyone is writing in some abominable eldritch language with a ghoulish alphabet that I still can't really understand or describe. I would still write in English, though.

I have dreams slightly similar to this one. Very frequently I'll dream that I'm chatting with someone on here, or on Skype, or my phone, or similar, and it takes me an eternity to write each sentence and I have to keep going back and fix typoes and things, and it just keeps taking forever and it's very frustrating. I feel very anxious within the dream. Other than that, I mostly have terrible nightmares about people like you.
