There's some that usually wear makeup but are pretty good without but not sure if any that never wear makeup
They are rare. Usually girls who look good without makeup want to look even better so they wear makeup everyday. There are plenty of ugly girls who wear no makeup but not even robots want a girl like that.

Well, women tend to have more skin issues than men for biological reasons. But it's usually no big deal. I don't mind women without make up, that's just what skin looks like. I know other women look like that too. I think it's mostly women that are pushing for that competition with each others and then it becomes expected...

My ex rarely wears makeup, only on special occasions. She was a 10. One of the prettiest girls I've ever seen. I would post a pic but she isn't very photogenic and it wouldn't do her justice.

There is no girl without makeup. There is natural makeup, normal makeup and heavy. Natural is if the girl has absolutely no time, normal is normal and heavy for parties. Even the natural makeup is enough to absolutely distort her looks.

Normal boosts around 1-3 (more difficult to get it right, but big payout)
Heavy boosts around 1-4, mostly looks horrible but if done well, it is very decent.
