You'll do better tomorrow, robot! Get up before 10 am. When you're hungry drink water (or eat a tasty fruit my favorite is Clementines). Go for a walk at noon when the Sun is high and the day is beautiful, it makes it seem less like a chore and more beautiful, plus most people are at work so you don't have to awkwardly pass someone.

You can keep your calorie intake if you do little exercises throughout the day, like taking a walk. Stuff like that keeps your mind and body occupied so you don't have the urge to eat as much, so you'll naturally reduce your intake as well. It's easy for me because I have a dog so I walk her every two hours, that's how I feel not stupid for taking walks. I also recently bought a treadmill for cheap off craigslist and I have it in my living room so I can watch anime and walk at the same time :^)
