I treat women with respect because that's how I treat random people. I know that most women probably do not deserve respect, but that doesn't matter.
I don't want to socialize much, so I'm pretty dismissive, but I at least try to have some common courtesy.
Also I gave up on trying to get laid so I have no reason to not threat them with respect. Maybe you're on the right path though.
