If youre over the age of 21, or whatever the age in which development is finished, there really is no way to obtain a perfect model like jaw/mouth. If thats your goal, your only option is double jaw surgery.
You can do a bunch of shit to fix it though. Such as eating harder foods along with eating more and eating consistently. A big one would be to fix your posture and force the back of your tongue to touch the roof of your mouth, along with the rest of your tongue. It may not even fit because of your narrow palate, but you should still force as much of it as you can. You may even have to flex your facial muscles/cheeks to hold themselves up, since your face has been held in a droopy type of way your entire life. Youve literally got no facial muscles. Grow them by eating more and chewing properly
You'll also eventually notice your breathing becoming becoming better. Breathing well is extremely important if you want to stop acting like an autist in public. One of the reason why so many people who browse this site act like complete aspies in public is because of their fucked up breathing. They have thin airways because of the way their mouth has formed over the years n shit

Breathing is definitely a big issue. Before i was able to improve my breathing, my thoughts body language and actions were more passive, or "beta". I was a lot more self conscious and had a hard time concentrating on specific ideas i wanted to concentrate on. My mind constantly felt foggy; the mood i was in would always be negative. You cant do shit in a social setting if you cant breathe well, or if youre not getting enough air. Expand your lungs. Strengthen them. Breathe in only through your nose. If you feel any air in your mouth, youre doing it wrong. Better posture will help you breathe better/breathe in more air. You underestimate the effect breathing, one of the key components to literally being alive, has on a person.
