It's real and for a law enforcement position. They also wanted 5 non-family references that have known me for 2 years.
It's mostly my fault for getting my hopes up in the first place honestly, I don't think robots are really meant for work like that. It's just that I heard my local department has an officer shortage and they're taking lots of people now and the field seemed kind of interesting and I need to do SOMETHING to show my parents.
