So I turned 20 today...
And I think this is the first time in my life I legitimately felt lonely...
All my teenage years I spent in my room playing vidya and not regretting one second... But today sitting here and thinking about that time I think I threw away my best years...
Anyone got advise for someone who is probably still young enough to change and become somewhat socially competent

Well, at least this feeling came sooner for you.
I didnt feel that way until I earned my worthless BA and left college without having really gone to any parties or socialized much. I couldnt even find a half decent job to distract myself with. All I was left with was lonliness and feelings of failure.
That was 4 years ago. Things havent changed much, and Im 28 now. The only thing different is that I can't enjoy escapism anymore.
Sell your PC and do real life things.
I quit about a year ago. I still don't have a gf or anything but I've met up with a few old childhood friends on occasion. I'm not as bitter due to spending less time on 4chan and i read a lot more and have learned to play the guitar. I take my dog for walks and things like that now too.
If you tend to dislike most people or feel like you don't fit in then that probably won't change. It's not like I've magically changed personality or anything.

Remember: Since you're on 4chins, you likely enjoy being by yourself and inside your own mind. Being with others will likely not be enjoyable as it seems. The grass is always greener.
