The way I remember my dreams is by trying to remember as much of the dream I can directly after waking up and then write it down
Step 2: Perform 10 reality checks every day! Just google what a fuckin' reality check is, there are probably thousands of them!
Step 3: Sleep!
Step 4: Try to recognize unnatural shit!
Step 5: Don't give up!
