you seem autistic so you will have hard time succeeding but hacking takes many years of learning and practice.
First learn programming in atleast few languages like C, C#, C++, Java, Javascript then Database stuff like SQL, Mongo, etc, then finaly move onto hacker forums and other edgy shit so you can share exploits, write your own viruses, hacks and what not
