I have a Red Bull once every week or two, never seemed to develop a craving for moar or had any adverse side effects.

I drink 2-3 cans of energydrinks every day, I also drink coffee and smoke.
I feel great that way, but I cant imagine feeling really great when I hit my old and busted years. Probably doesnt do good to your heart. All that sugar and caffeine, nicotine and other shit. Not going to live long enough to see myself get old though.
I tried replacing energydrinks with other "healthier" alternatives, but the taste just isnt the same.
I do drink water too, but mostly during the mornings. When I wake up, the first thing I do is drink few cups of water. Feels like it starts up my body, if that makes any sense.

I had a mate who drank at least 2 of those large energy drinks a day and now can't play contact sports or do intense physical activity because of the damage he did to his heart. Had an irregular heartbeat with missed beats and everything.

I developed a fatty liver from drinking 2 a day but that was with other shit like milk shakes and loads of desserts.
Stick to sugar free. The caffeine content is fine as long as it's 400mg a day or below. I've heard taking higher doses is also fine as long as you spread it out.
I'm going to look for an alternative like caffeine pills instead so I know what I'm getting. Sometimes these energy drinks are filled with some exotic stuff and I don't know what that could do to my body. Nothing severe probably, but I'll take some precautions from now on.
