INTJs are not "great thinkers" or rationalists. They're closer to the INFJ and almost diametrically opposed to the INTP. There cannot be an INT(P/J). This is because they are Ni dominant. I cant believe people are saying you're pretending, no one can have that insight unless they themselves were intj. It's cruelly worded and a bit self flagellating, but it was an immediately relatable thought. I'd say it something more typical of turbulent intjs but i truly don't know.
I found the solution in playing myself, stick with conviction to some basic moral guidelines and try to not question them. It will limit our capacity to question, it will probably dull your critical thinking a bit but it will benefit as it will allow you to need to pretend anymore or go through phases or be edgy or overtly good at the cost of your own safety and/or dignity
