When did you realise 80% of userbase on this board is composed of underage scum?
>>29254150
I'm reminded every few months or so. Many of those who aren't underage are 18-19. It's why I stopped participating in any kind of debate on this board.

When summer rolled around.
Summerfags tend to ruin everything.
4chan in general has been majority underage forever.
Being 23, I am acutely aware of this.

>underage scum
Come on breh. It's summer. Even fucking /r9k/ is happier now. The summerfags have come here and made this board as normal as possible.
Just enjoy the relaxed conversations and cat memes. They're kids, they're enjoying themselves.

man. it makes me sad to see all these summerfags
>>29254150
don't really want to say this, but newfag?

50+ threads filtered om average. I haven't taken note on the times and days when that number goes up (which it inevitably does ny itself) but I might start to out of curiosity, and I may report my findings.
it's the gems that make reading through the unmitigated filth of 4chan worthwhile. there are very intelligent, insightful people on here and on other boards. i've seen it.
please start filtering threads, people. if you're like me and you enjoy the absolute variety, and want to find like-minded people, start filtering. there is an /r9k/ within /r9k/, if you can get what I am saying.
>>29254397
I want to see the board raw and unfiltered.
>>29254397
You haven't even explained HOW and WHAT to filter, you fucking stupid assmaster.
Tell us how to do it. Like RIGHT now, you fucking faggot.
80% of the internet is underage scum, where have you been?
>>29254150
When someone created a thread saying
>my 15 year old gf got in trouble with her parents for sending me nudes
and later in the thread they admitted to being 15 too.
>tfw I have neopets older than 90% of the userbase
>>29254281
Nah, that's just /b/. I mean, I admit I posted here when I was underage, but the majority of the posters were not that young in the past. And I've been for the last 8 years here now, on /b/, /g/. /mu/, /r9k/ and /int/. Except for /b/, the posters on these boards were mostly 20+ years old 5 years ago.

Yep. You can bet 90% of those """"18"""" yo posters are underage.

Sure /b/ has always been the board where the wast majority of underage users hang out. And I grant you there was a higher percentage of mature people here in the past. Fuck even /sci/ was active at a point with high level discussions (must admit it's been a while since I've been on /sci/).
And sure mainly the underages were lurkers, and many of the posts were solely made to mentally scare them. But it got a life on it's own and they started to repeat what they saw and started to ask stupid questions. And slowly OC started to die.
But this is just my small observation from the past from the sample set of threads I read back then. And it's beginning to be a while ago so memory starts to become fussy and tainted with self delusions.
