One of the perils of being a natty lifer is that it's very hard to maintain a lot of muscle mass at a low ~10% bf. But you can look fairly impressive in a t-shirt at around 15%bf if you're over 210lbs at 6'. It's hard to tell from you're pic, maybe because you're rolling your shoulders back but you don't look very muscular. At the very least you want your chest extending well past your gut if you want to look good clothed and traps+shoulders are everything
