I normally try cook in bulk, which can last me the week or more because I'm lazy. Things like curry (japanese kind), which I can chuck in the freezer and microwave in chunks later to eat with rice.
I also buy a 1kg tub of mayo, 1kg can tuna & dried seaweed so I have the ingredients to make cheap sushi for lunch anytime.

buy sausages, theyre pretty cheap
cut them into slices and fry them on a pan with light oil, boil some pasta on the side
salt and pepper, maybe some ketchup
you can also make a stir fry with the noodles, again with sausage and buy some cheap frozen veggies
boil the noodles first, fry sausage slices and veggies, add salt and pepper, and the seasoning/spices from the noodle pack now, once theyre well fired add the noodles and fry for another 1 - 2 mins
