I still love you Barbara.
I wish you had the motivation I did to be together. But you'll stay where you are, and my heart will too. We're just stuck in two different spots.
>lying on your roof talking about how beatiful life is at 3:30am when you are 16
FUCK IT HURTS THINKING OF IT

She's doing pretty well, haven't talked to her in a while. Now that I'm a bit older and more mature, I realize that things wouldn't have worked out between us, we're just far too different.
She inspired me to improve my life though, which is a good thing even though she never noticed.

She's dating some guy I knew a few years ago. I guess I'm mostly over her now. I saw her just this week, actually. She was friendly towards me but also kind of distant. She was like that when I knew her too - even while dating, she didn't share a whole lot of herself with others. It's the same with her current boyfriend, too. I don't think she knows how to make relationships really work.I never dated her, my best friend did. She rejected me when I asked her out the one time. I'm pretty sure she hated me or thought I was a creep. I'd give anything to have a close relationship with someone. I want to share myself with others but I'm too afraid of them judging my thoughts and rejecting me. I wish I was dead.

If your name starts with Z that song still reminds me of you too. And I did notice, even though I'm probably not her since you surely listened to that album with every girl.

She's doing better than ever, her new boyfriend is so much better for her. She told me so, many times.

That was our song, generic as that may be. I sang it softly in her ear in her bedroom the night of our first date.

Not who you're thinking of, sorry.
I know for a fact she didn't notice at all.
Doubt she's ever even heard the song
tfw he stopped talking to me 2 years ago and I still check his fb and tumblr at least once a week.

Oh, how did it all come so undone...when a scientist with depersonalization and an artist with a bleeding heart, somehow, fell in love.
The constant drug use didn't help I suppose.
She's working in Alaska for the summer at some hotel, probably being a tart with all the woodsmen up there.
Still love her though...
Or I mean...do I still love her?
Am I just fooling myself trying to think about the good times, and forget the bad?
But, isn't forgiveness something you need to have in your companion if you want a relationship to last a life time? I know I can't go a week without making some sort of mistake.
And now, I don't know if it would be a mistake to tell her I am still madly in love with her, or to say nothing.

I remember sending that song to "mine" a few years ago. She loved it. Too bad she's now gone, she simply moved on. We were young. And she was simply a girl, I know that now.
Once someone's had "the one" can they ever experience love that strong again? Does it always happen around a certain age too, and as we grow older our nostalgia for youth also correlates with a wanting for this other person that in our minds "restores" those better times?
This song makes me want to be again in a different place and be raised with her and love. It hurts. Maybe in another life.

All I know is I want to die regardless
she never liked me
I got a gf
Now shes my fiance and pregnant
But i only love and want her
But i can never have her
I am condemned

Very simply; yes. We never truly find the one. We find someone who we simply sugar-coat over others, plain and simple. Everyone has a personality, some deeper than others. I know the one for me was as deep as a plate- but she had a charm to her that no one could top, and I know I'll never be half the man I was when I was with her. I just hope that one day, time machines do become a reality, and I can unfuck my life up.
It's even harder to get over them if they're beautiful. Pic related.
