it varies a lot for me, but I usually shower 1-3 times a day. Showering to wash hair is another thing, which is once every two days
If I'm going out the house, then I'll shower in the morning. If not, I'll neglect showering for a couple days. No more than a week.

It's a bit embarrassing to ask this, but is it normal for your eyes to burn every time you shower? I mean, I don't keep them open while I wash my hair and face. But every time, without fail, by the end of the shower, my eyes are burning and I have to stumble out with my eyes closed to get a towel. Trying to rinse them while in the shower only seems to make it worse.
