I microwaved some butter, cracked some eggs in it and beat it for a bit then tipped it and some diced turkey into a wok and pushed it around with a spoon.
Then when it all browned up I tossed in some spinach and a diced onion. Topped off the oil a little.
Then some sriracha, sage (sage goes in all meals) and thyme.
Then when the veg softened I dumped a little 1:1:1 water cornstarch and soy sauce over it then added some cooked rice.
Then I just ate that shit out of the wok with the aforementioned spoon.
