Are you taking care of yourself? Are you employed or in school? Do you have a mix of hobbies that give you satisfaction? Does your daily work/study give you a sense of meaning or at least pride in its completion? Are you able to be sociable and at least slightly likeable without great effort?

Well that's where you should start. It's where I started.

I was a HANDHOLDLESS virgin at 21. Never been on a date. I was sort of similar to you, I thought that by talking to women and asking them out constantly and solve my problem but it didn't. It was definitely an important part of the solution but I also had to spend a solid six months working out, spending more time offline, and being more mindful of improving myself.

Then when I was feeling confident I tried the constant hunting again, came off as desperate, and sort of skulked again for another week.

I worked on myself some more, tried again with a little less desperation, and landed my girlfriend of four years.

I am still kind of dumpy and chubby, I am still a big nerd, and she is definitely not the sort of 10/10 you hope for. But we are happy and building a life together.

Don't give up. Hope is an important thing for motivation, it is entirely irrational but sometimes you have to go against the odds to win out in the end.

P.S. I am a wagie normie though, and I have a daughter with that same girlfriend. We haven't gotten married but do live together and are planning to get married in a few years. If this sounds like wagie cuckdom then I don't have much help for you I guess. Things aren't perfect, we fight on occasion, but dropping loads in the same girl every week and being called "daddy" by a child you made seems worth it to me. Mileage may vary.
