The amount of effort put into working for a career goal is receiving diminishing returns, though their are the exception of young people making a good amount of cash through their connection/genetics/upbringing. Too many people are fucking spitting out babies, lowering your value as the competition gets harsher. Unlike the industrial revolution, intelligent automation that can very well replace people in the coming decade, however gradual it is going to be implemented.
