I live in a city with 3.4 million people and I am almost at the city center

No idea. We have pretty much fastest WiFi and internet speeds in the world. We are poor country, God knows why they have made such high speeds. And prices everywhere around the same. Now I use the most basic plan (max. up to 100 Megabits). My ISP also offers their best plan that features unlimited data, 1 Gigabit speed in our country and up to 500 Megabits abroad. That's for 25 euros/month. Sounds cool. And I heared Americans pay 150$ for around same stats
