I just finished my 3rd semesters final exams, havent failed yet and ive done an all nighter for each exam in all semesters. Doing an allnighter works as long as you have gone through enough content to pass.

For any questions that require a lot of brain power, you probably wont solve due to lack of sleep. Better than failing the entire exam though.

8 hours is enough but youll have to take no breaks and no distractions.
