My take is that she has a tremendous need to get high now. The strong chemical dependency requires her to get money all the time. Which then turns into her tricking betas into giving her money. If you were to get her before she became an addict then she wouldn't have this chemical dependency, and thus would be easier to fix.

I think chemical dependency is just an aspect of it. She doesn't post herself for the money, she does it for the attention. Among her inner circles is the attention she really desires. When she gets too much (or too little?) attention she gets abusive and her manipulative persona sprouts. The problem is not the fact she wants attention, it's WHY she wants it. My take is she's really a beta at heart, grew with a poor self image and suddenly found herself getting attractive and getting all this attention. She gets dopamine kicks from the attention, kinda like you get when you do drugs. I think she rationalizes to herself all the attention she craves with the fact that she's just being manipulative. It's a cover, a way to justify it. She has anxiety attacks because whatever causes her to crave attention is still unchecked. The doctors pump her with meds to mask the problem, they don't fix the underlying issue. But I'm not a psychologist/psychiatrist and I don't know her besides what is available online, this is just my intuition.

She doesn't seem stupid, but getting into drugs this early and this heavily really fucked her up. Her parents didn't handle her well so far, especially her father, so she's not really getting much better.
They seem to be unable or unwilling to treat her the way she needs to be treated (she gets scorn, resentment, aggression, instead of loving support). Her father's response to finding her on the floor during her second suicide attempt was allegedly "you bitch, I have to be at work in 4 hours".
Regardless, she seemed to be doing okayish with just getting drunk, while finding IRL friends, starting DBT and being completely open to her therapist, and preparing to move to a better school, before she decided to scam the Jew, who then started to harass and blackmail her. In response to the stress, she started to parasuicidally IV heroin again, which lead to one of her concerned friends notifying her parents of this, which lead to her institutionalization.
