how do i into passive income?
Also, do you prefer blunt or joints
>>29228648
Joints. Just easier to roll imo
Passive income is longed stocks and 3 rooms i rent out in my apartment (before any flip its not total passive income but since its long time renters i have to find a new renter every ~1-3 years)
>>29228689
I like joints too
so you live with 3 other cucks and collect rent from them?
>>29228937
Yes. I live in a european capital and i bought the apartment 7 years ago in the middle of the housing crisis. The partment was trashed in a bad area but now i fixed the apartment up and the area is getting nice since people move further and further out from the inner parts of the city.
so its 4 bedrooms and a big kitchen/living room area. Mostly its 2-3 other people who live here. A little annoying but beats working full time. Sometimes i do work 1/2 time when i can find something just to not sit at home all day. Goal is to get a rural house out in nowhere

that's pretty sick, how much money do you rake in each month? How much are your expenses? Do you get to put any money into savings?
>>29229088
Income:
Each room is ~466 euros so total ~1400 euros a month 16800 a year. 6600 of that is untaxed rest is ~ 42% taxed so after tax is 12k and my expenses are ~15200 euros a year but ~40% of that is saved up via equity in the apartment. Just wanna save up fast in the apartment since interets are really low
>>29229162
>42% tax on 16,800 a year
holy KEK Europe
I mean living in America can be shit sometimes, but the taxes in comparison to Europe are fine with me
>>29229275
Well i was paid 21 euros an hour when i was packing boxes with no education and full time that was 2335 euros a month (after tax) so its not that bad
>>29229311
>21 euros an hour with no education
and THAT'S one reason why I hate living in America. That and the no free healthcare, which IS a basic human right.
I can't even get a minimum wage job (8 dollars an hour), and I am halfway through my Electrical and Computer Engineering degree
>>29228513

You should know animals and humans are different, right Evangelist-Cuck?
