I feel that stupid men cannot love very well. But intelligent men feel love so deeply and comprehensively that it can be painful for them. I say this as a slutwhore who has had several long-term boyfriends. I've been with my current boyfriend for 5 years and he obviously loves me so intensely it makes me feel constant dread about never being able to become the kind of woman he deserves. Yes yes I don't belong here but just wanted to contribute.

"Stupid men" may just accept things for the way they are meaning they just live in the moment. Maybe smart men become consumed with love because they tend too overthink/worry more, really see things on a grander scale.
