I'm a heavy fucker so using a bit of math I can say that my 90kg weight with a lever length of my height of 188 minus the distance to my chest of say 50cm; 140ish.
As a second class lever that's equivalent to about 67kg or 150lbs.

In the beginning the pain was present in any movement of the wrist. Now it only happens when I stretch the tendon of my thumb. Been to a doctor and diagnosed with "De Quervain syndrome". Apparently I have the choice either to undergo surgery or ignore the pain.

I don't have a spotter so I started at 8 reps, 5 sets of 95 lbs. I've been lifting for 4 months and I can do about 5 reps of 135 lbs (1 pl8). Probably max around 160-170 lbs if someone would spot me and I could try. I feel proud even though it's only a modest weight and I'm tall
