i use nizoral and sometimes i use natural shampoo with no chemical shit in it because nizoral also dries out my hair and scalp, but every other shampoo makes my scalp itchy as fuck. I have heard that nizoral could also help with hairloss, not sure about that but i think it's a good shampoo, definitely better than shit like head and shoulders. I don't use a conditioner because it makes my hair go greasy in about a day and also makes me itchy.

Try not washing your hair for a week with anything else that cold water. Hot water and chemicals dry the skin, which causes dandruff.
