Disability, doctors expected me to die during birth.
Then when they realized I'd live to the age of 14 and then die because my lungs would not have enough muscles to breathe (My disability normally makes me weaker over time).
Survived the 14 years mark, still not in need of a wheelchair.
Geniuses of doctors realize my disability mutated, so a percentage of my muscles doesn't work, but it doesnt seem to get worse. It's just... There.
In my country last time I checked there were 6 cases of my disability (not the mutated version) .
All 6 are dead now.
Everyone I've met in rehabilitation clinics for training are dead now.
I have a relatively normal life now. Can't run or climb stairs and shit but honestly thats not that bad.

No anon, I never got told this shit. The fact something would have such a simple solution I was never told about is leading me to call bullshit on it though, considering one of the many causes of Tinnitus can be the sensory hair that detects that pitch of sound in your ear can get stuck 'going off' and making you hear the noise.

As long as I can remember I've always had a cough. When I was a kid I would be coughing every single time I was awake, the doctors said it was chronic bronchitis and always told my mom to give me these "mucus loosening" cough syrup until it cleared up, which it never did. The syrup would just make me cough even more and add disgusting phlegm to it.
Until I was about 16/17 I would get "episodes" once or twice a year where I would lie in bed for days violently having a coughing fits for LITERALLY every breath I took.
It would hurt so much I always wished to die when it started. Every cough felt like a knife getting thrust into my lungs. Until they just never came again after puberty.
Now I'm 25 and still coughing every couple of minutes every day of my life, but it's just like clearing my throat level(if that makes sense).
Doctors say there's nothing wrong with me or my lungs. Now I'm in med school myself to figure out what the fuck is wrong with me.
Since obviously no girl wants to go near you when you've just been coughing so I give this disease the fault for ending up a KHV.
Inb4 Mucoviszidosis, If it where that I would have gotten worse with age not better and be on my deathbed by now.
