do females have a distinctive typing style? how do i identify one on 4chan
>>29205921
this is a trick question because anyone who actually answers you would just get called out as a roastie
They type like you do.
No need to identify them. They'll tell you.
>females
>4chan
Fell for the meme, huh?
>>29206013
It's hard to tell. Their posts usually involve a sence of self importance or adamant defence of something with little rational explanation.
>>29205921
go and study threads intended for femanons, this best board to do this on is probably /soc/
>>29205921
Do you really think that there's women on /r9k/? The ones that are are exclusively here to attention whore, and are trips as a result. The ones that aren't are on /cgl/ or on different chans completely.

This
Irrelevant references to themselves and their boring lives is pretty feminine too
Women are also more likely to use uncertain language and call people autists
My use of the word "pretty" was feminine
>>29205921
Their insults are based around social status and physical appearance. Women always fall back to the "well you're just a fat neckbeard' on 4chan.
They often write multiple paragraphs about themselves in posts, while men tend to keep things about themselves to 1-2 sentences or greentext it.
Go on /cgl/ and figure it out yourself.
talked to a roastie on the r9k omegle tag and she used a blackbox
I really could have sworn that it's a man till she proved she wasn't.
they've probably adapted to our autistic terms on 4chan

This. A female will typically make several (incredibly irrelevant) references to themselves, their social status and their physical appearance.
If someone calls them out on this, they'll respond with insults, often declaring their "attacker" to be something along the lines of a "virgin", "loser" or "neckbeard" -- always without understanding that /r9k/ is dedicated to such people.
Theres a screencap of a thread where an anon calls out a roast and then explains in detail how to tell, and dissects each of her posts to demonstrate, check those 'best of r9k or 4chan' threads when they pop up.

I've gotten to where I can spot them from a mile away on omegle when they're black boxing. I can't explain it, but they definitely do have a distinct way of typing.
>>29206574
now tell us which of these posts was written by a femanon
>>29206574
> I can spot them from a mile
> I can't explain it
0/10 senpai

Girls usually say that they are girls if it's important, because people assume by default that they're guys. So just look for the word "girl" in their posts.
t. girl
here is a secretall posters on r9k are women in disguise
>>29205921
they start with "femanon here" or end with "im a female btw"
usually its like this where theres no proper punctuation or capitalization
I read somewhere that women use pronouns a lot more than men do.
you can detect them sometimes if they are triggered by stuff that is antifeminist or if they state their obtuse beliefs and refuse to acknowledge any point of view outside of their own shallow perception of the world around them. they often come off as ignorant entitled selfish stubborn children. that is how i pretend to be one anyway and it usually works even if i don't state that i am a femanon.

/thread
I am making Mac and Cheese for dinner.

>they often come off as ignorant entitled selfish stubborn children
>refuse to acknowledge any point of view outside of their own shallow perception of the world around them
I don't know if this is the best way to tell, the majority of guys here are like this as well. Hence why we have people throwing tantrums when confronted with anything that doesn't fit their worldview. Fuck, its' most of why /pol/ exists.
>>29206921
yea true. the other suggestions in here are pretty good. they are just irrational and don't feel any need to justify their claims because they are so used to society just accepting them for who they are.
sometimes one will get smart and try to appeal to the male population that posts here. often talking down about the "other girls" or displaying an often feigned interest in "nerd culture"
>>29206937
Yeah, I can agree with that, the posters that claim to be female tend to be less likely to argue why they're right than the ones that don't.
I don't know why it really matters though honestly, if someone's being a retard they're being a retard regardless of their gender. "GIRL HERE" posters are annoying though, especially the ones that are just trying to bait.
>>29207013
it feels somewhat cathartic to me, to represent them in a way that exposes their flaws and spread misinformation around. often times i have pretended to be a gril who engages in hedonistic activities for the selfish material gain and pretend like they can't experience love or even pleasure from sex. using it as a device or means to an end devoid of any real passion. i don't know why i do it. it kind of sickens me when multiple anons take the bait and start white knighting me. i think it is easier for me to emulate a woman because i was raised by a single mother with my sister.
lowercase typing, tries too hard to make jokes that end up falling flat, quirky xD
>>29206608
Right here. I can tell youre a roastie but i cant put my finger on why exactly
Says she loves you, posts pictures of herself
Their most used words are manchild, creepy, and misogynist.
>no punctuation or capitalization
>"umm..." or "um"
>emoticons
>using the threat of withheld sex in an attempt to shut you down (i.e. "ew no wonder you're a virgin," "nobody would ever fuck a neckbeard like you," etc.)
>hivemind logic, as though she is the sole representative of the female sex and can speak for all of them
>certain abbreviations and slang
>using the word "creepy" or "creep" ("creeper"=100% chance of being a female, and a cunt at that)
>thinly-veiled appeals to the female imperative
>lack of greentext
Really, no one of these things ought to immediately peg a poster as a femanon, but if there's a big enough confluence of them, it's almost certainly a female poster. They really do have a distinctive typing stye if you're looking out for it.
I'm still trying to figure out whether they don't post images, or if they do, whether they have a distinctive style for that or not. I can't imagine that there wouldn't be some kind of pattern or trend to their gifs and jpgs as well as their text.

Also
>immediately pivoting/moving the goalposts/employing ad hominems (see: withheld sex) changing the subject/forgetting about everything that was said previously when refuted in an argument
>anything that basically boils down to "um, yeah, okay, whatever loser ;P" in the above scenario
>any behavior that would be punchable in a man
