How the fuck do people do this? It's 7:17PM here right now and I'm struggling to keep my eyes open.
Do some exercise and stretching. Stay awake till 8:30 pm today then 9:30 tomorrow and so on. Thats how i do it anyway.

at 3pm in my home gym I did,
sumo deadlifts 4 sets of 3
weighted chinups 3x8
weighted dips 3x8
hammer curls 3x12
lat raises 3x15
i also went for a walk in the morning.
exercise is a literal meme that normies say to other normies, it doesn't do shit for improving life at all
